Privacy policy

This policy explains how personal data submitted through the contact form and project estimator is handled.

Controller and contact

The controller is Gracjan Czyżewski, Białystok, Poland. Contact: gczyzewski.contact@gmail.com.

Data, purposes and legal bases

• Contact details, message, project information and an optional attachment are processed to answer an enquiry and take steps requested before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Correspondence, abuse prevention, rate limiting and the establishment or defence of claims rely on the controller’s legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• An IP address is used transiently by server-side rate limiting. It is not included in emails or stored in an application database.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by hosting and email/SMTP providers and, when enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile. A provider may process data outside the EEA under an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiries not followed by cooperation are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If cooperation begins, relevant records are retained for the periods required by tax law and limitation periods. Rate-limit data exists only for the configured short protection window.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

Browser storage

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. After you explicitly switch language, that preference is stored locally in your browser. If optional anti-spam protection is enabled, its privacy information will be shown with the form.

Providing data is voluntary, but the required fields are necessary to answer. No automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made.
