Electronic services terms

These terms cover the free contact form and automated project estimator available at gczyzewski.me.

Scope and requirements

The services allow an enquiry to be sent and a non-binding estimate to be generated. A current browser, internet connection and a valid email address are required. Sending an enquiry is free and does not conclude a paid software-development contract.

Rules

It is prohibited to send unlawful content, malware, third-party data without a lawful basis, or material infringing third-party rights. Attachments must use an accepted format and stay within the displayed size limit.

Start, end and estimates

The electronic service starts when the form is submitted and ends when the response is sent or the enquiry is closed. An automatically generated estimate is indicative, is not an offer and does not guarantee price or delivery time. A final quote follows requirements analysis; third-party services may create separate costs.

Complaints

Technical complaints may be sent to gczyzewski.contact@gmail.com with a description and date of the issue. A response will be provided within 14 days.

Personal data is processed under the privacy policy.
